This is the very lastest hand pump swaging machine that replaces the BS320H. A battery Powered Motor attachment is available. The Annular BS10H offers a compact, high performance, new solution to 'on site' and maintenance hose repairs independent of a power supply and at only 18Kl can be carried literally anywhere you need to go. With the capacity to assemble microbore through to -10 (DN16) (5/8") 4 SP hoses, the BS10H is suitable for maintenance, Workshop, moblie or breakdown / standby use. The BS10H is supplied with a basic set of 3 quick fit dies - 14, 18 and 22mm allowing assembly of spiral hoses from -04 (DN6) to -10 (DN16). Extra dies are available 6, 8, 10, 16 and 20mm for mirco bore and intermediate hose assembly are also available.The machine settings and adjustments are achieved by the direct reading micrometer type gauge. Select the appropriate dies, set the machine gauge to the required finished diameter then opertate the hand pump until the gauge setting is reached.
